Mom's Surprise 70th Birthday Party
On Friday, we had a surprise birthday party for Mom. Pop always says that it is impossible to surprise Mom. She can always figure out that something's going on. But the party was not the only surprise.....
Titi Bruni, Titi Judy, and Tio Amador showed up behind a closed door to surprise mom. Man, did we get her good. I want to thank Tio, Titi Judy and Titi Bruni. That meant so much to mom.I have the priviledge to teach teenagers at our church and I was sharing with them today that I am truly a blessed man. All of my life I know that God has truly watched over me. He gave me two great brothers (my best friends), a father that one can only dream about, and a mother that is truly our angel. Most of you know that Mom was the only one in our family that was saved at one point. Through all her tears and payers, she is the reason that most of us have the blessed life that we have today. If you have a free moment from today to December 1st. (her actual birthday) call mom and tell her how much of a difference she has made in your life. I know she has made and continues to make a difference in mine. I love you mom!!!

Kissing Your Sister
I was putting this off as long as I could but after going 0-3 in your division and not being able to beat an 1-8 team and settling for tie... lord have mercy!
Tito: please tell me you guys didn't get together to watch this one.
Chick: were you hiding in your friends garage again watching this car wreck?
Now, my boys on the other hand are 7-3 after putting up a good fight against Minnesota.
Philly: thanks again for our quarterback.
Go Bucs.

More Birthdays
November is a big birthday month.
My three ladies have their birthdays within a few weeks of each other:
Lisa the 6th, Blue Eyes the 15th and Mom Dec. 1.
Lisa turned 29.
29. It wasn't that long ago that I was 29. Well, maybe it was.
We celebrated at the Melting Pot.
We all love fondue.
Blue Eyes also had a big birthday today.
I'm not allowed to say how big but she's still hot. Sizzlin'.
Adam and Sarah came up from Tampa.
We all had dinner at Seasons 52 then headed over to Disney's Cirque du Soleil.
Awesome night.

OBAMA WON!!!!!
Yeah I know this photo wasn't taken from the electorial after pary, but close enough. We were just as suprised to see a black President as we were to see the Phillies win the World Series. Maybe by the time the Eagles win the Super Bowl we will have a Latino in the White House. Forget George Bush, I'm voting for George Lopez!! Saves Que, it could happen...

Election Day
I only had 4 people in front of me, similar to the last two elections.
I was forwarded a great election day prayer from the 1928 Book of Common Prayer:
ALMIGHTY God, who hast given us this good land for our heritage;
We humbly beseech thee that we may always prove ourselves a people mindful of thy favour and glad to do thy will. Bless our land with honourable industry, sound learning, and pure manners.
Save us from violence, discord, and confusion; from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way. Defend our liberties, and fashion into one united people the multitudes brought hither out of many kindreds and tongues. Endue with the spirit of wisdom those to whom in thy Name we entrust the authority of government, that there may be justice and peace at home, and that, through obedience to thy law, we may show forth thy praise among the nations of the earth. In the time of prosperity, fill our hearts with thankfulness, and in the day of trouble, suffer not our trust in thee to fail; all which we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
